About this event
At the 4th Brazilian Climate & Carbon Conference (CBCC), ICVCM will participate in a panel exploring the role of high-integrity standards in the development of carbon markets.
The session will provide an opportunity for ICVCM to explain how the Core Carbon Principles (CCPs) can serve as a globally recognised technical reference for defining high-integrity criteria in carbon markets. The discussion will highlight the relevance of the CCPs as a framework for building confidence in carbon credits and their potential to inform the development of integrity principles within Brazil’s emerging regulated carbon market.
Remo Filleti, Carbon Technical Analyst at ICVCM, will join a panel alongside Cássio Souza (Verra), Iara Musse (SCCON), and Thibault Sorret (Equitable Earth) to discuss the importance of robust standards and governance in supporting credible, effective carbon markets.
