Biography

Jessica leads the climate change consultancy Atmosphere Alternative in Bogotá, Colombia. She applies her expertise on GHG mitigation accounting, baseline methodologies and MRV for multilateral institutions, governments, carbon crediting programs and the private sector. Jessica is a member of the UNFCCC Methodologies Panel, the Technical Advisory Committee of the Gold Standard Foundation, and is a Verra-approved expert in standardized methods for VCS.
